Pastoral Staff

James has a strong desire to grow in the Lord and introduce teens to the wonderful truth that God is the best Dad ever. He has almost 15 years of experience working with teens and their families.

James says he loves being a stay-at-home Dad and homeschooling his younger boys, as well as baking pies. (pies?)

He has a degree in Pastoral Theology and his interests include Dallas Cowboy football and anything that involves his kids.

He is excited about the glory of Christ at RCC..."it is all about His work in and through us and that is more than just talk at this church . . . that's unique."

If you would like to get to know Jim more, just let him know. He says there is nothing he loves more than getting together with people over a cup o' joe.

Some little known facts about Michael: His favorite music producers are David Foster (Chicago) and Steve Taylor (Newsboys). He enjoys playing team sports, and watching movies with intriguing story lines. He has lived in Central Oregon before- when he was 8 his dad moved the family to Bend to start a small community bank named Bank Of The Cascades.

Michael feels blessed to share life with his wife, Kristin (whom he has known since she was four!) and his four children - Mandi, Jeff, Emma, and Josh.

Sunrise Children's Home is a favorite topic for Steve. His trips to the orphanage have provided the children with much needed clothing and school supplies, help with building and maintenance projects, and a lot of love!

When he's got a spare moment, Steve can be found reading (Randy Alcorn novels are a favorite), golfing, biking, or eating ice cream. He and Sue have two grown children.

Curtis holds a Masters of Divinity from Western Seminary. He likes to interact with people, and welcomes the chance to get together and talk scripture and discuss the Christian life.

You may be surprised to know that in high school Curtis lettered - in surfing! Now he enjoys golf, fishing, and spending time with his family, which includes wife Angie and his boys Carson and Cooper.
